Account Manager

Started at Siteimprove in March 2012.  Previously worked in the IT solutions sector for 7 years as an Account Manager focusing on customer retention, building strong business relationships and listening to and responding to client's needs.

Education: A Levels in Law and Economics.

Work:  Bringing his skills from previous roles, Courtney is tasked with establishing new clients whilst retaining current customers.  In addition he will demonstrate new products on offer along with existing ones for further enhancement of their website giving maximum return on investment.

Free Time: Currently working towards a Counselling Skills Diploma, Courtney also enjoys writing and recording music, plays the drums and also is the lead singer of a covers band called the "Love Handles"…...honestly!!!
